Located in Tanzania, the famous mountain stands at 5,895m and is the highest point on the African continent. During the 10-day trip, which leaves Manchester on Thursday 17th October, i will trek for seven days along the picturesque Rongai Route through farmland, rainforest and desert before reaching the breath-taking summit of Uhuru Peak.

Climbing Kilimanjaro won’t be easy, but i am looking forward to the challenge, not so much the lack of a bathroom!
