In order to celebrate my 'significant' birthday I have decided to face the challenge of a lifetime for someone who can't go near an edge.......... and go right over!

I will be abseiling at Chudleigh Rocks on 15th August 2009 along with several friends and family. Please donate generously to the Towersey Foundation to wish me a Happy Birthday!

As many of you know I have had close links with Towersey over the years. The Towersey Foundation provides music therapy for palliative care patients in hospices, special schools and nursing homes throughout the UK, but especially in Devon.
