Help us raise money for those affected by an acquired brain injury. The challenge is on! Do something 100 times, in one day.....and raise at least £100!

Story

I am taking part in The Headway Cardiff 100! Help me raise at least £100 for those affected by an acquired brain injury in Cardiff and South East Wales. I really enjoy swimming but I’ve never attempted 100 lengths at my local swimming pool before, so this will definitely be tough! I would really appreciate any donations to help me achieve this for all the people we support.

About the charity

We provide information, support and services to people with acquired brain injury, their families and carers. We run an Independence and Wellbeing Centre, Community Social & Activity Groups, Welfare Benefits & Counselling Services, and monthly Family and Friends group.
