Kari and I both have mother's with Alzheimer's.  My mum is Dorothy, aged 90, living in a care home in London.  Kari's mum is Sheila, also aged 90, living in Sussex.  We have been unable to visit our Mums due to Covid and travel restrictions for well over a year and we are saddened and frustrated that we can do little to help.  So we thought to do something positive so we are going to walk 15k to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Research UK Charity.  We are walking on Friday 12th March over the hills south of us in Sanlucar de Guadiana to Silvestre de Guzman.  It would be great if you could donate/re-post.  Thank you and Mucho gracias y luvo!
