Story
Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.
I signed up for Ride London a few months ago having never cycled more than 30 miles in a day. I’m not much of a runner so long distance cycling seemed a more appropriate sporting life achievement to aim for. At the time of writing I’m still yet to break the 50 mile mark…
I’ve decided to raise money for Brain Research UK because my younger brother died suddenly and unexpectedly of a brain haemorrhage aged 17, in 2004. It’s important to me that the research they fund spans the causes, treatment, prevention and cure of neurological conditions.
Brain Research UK would be very grateful for any donations they get off the back of my cycling challenge, and I’m sure it will also help motivate me to complete the 100 miles on the day.
