So when my grandma was really poorly she was moved into the Thanet Pilgrims Hospice where she received her end of life care. They looked after her so well and the environment in which she was in was lovely. All the staff were brilliant at supporting not only her but also family after she passed. 

My aim is not only to complete a personal goal (for those who know me knew i would use every excuse under the sun to get out of Physical Education at school) but also to raise some money and awareness about the care, support and amazing work that these lovely people do :)
