Story
As you may, or may not know, our Dad and 3 of his friends; Dave Harrison, Richard Langley and Graham Norbury are travelling today (20th May) from Liverpool via Worcester and Newbury to Portsmouth. They are then catching a Ferry to Bilbao in Northern Spain. From there, they are making their way through Pamplona and Ainsa, over the Pyrenees and through the Biilsa Tunnel at 7,500 ft high. Then on through Auch, Sarlat in the Dordogn...e, Perigeux, Loire Valley. St. Malo. Taking the Ferry to Porthsmouth and making their way back to Liverpool and hoping to arrive on the 5th June.
It is a distance of about 1,600 miles (2,400 km). All costs are paid for by the individuals taking part, enabling all donations to go to Cancer Research UK.
They are hoping to raise as much money as possible and welcome any donations you can make.
