As many of you may know now i am running the london marathon next year, over the next 6 months the blood, sweat, and tears will start, but I know that what I am doing will help so many people.  I have decided to do the marathon for help the heroes and air ambulance, both of these are charities help so many people.  I chose air ambulance as I see what they do with my job and also they have saved the lives of some people who are close to me.  They are a charity based, and without our support they would not be able to carry on and help so many people.  I chose help the heroes, because our forces go out to fight for our country but they do not expect to come back wounded, which changes their life forever.  I want to help to show them that we are proud of what they do and let them lead a normal life with their family and friends.

Not only will i be doing a marathon I will be doing car washes and many more things, with your help and support, we can make a difference and when I cross the line it will all be worth while, to put smiles on peoples faces.  So please dig deep and find that spare change in you pocket, to help me help them
