Yes we are doing it again!!  And yes we’ve hardly trained (as usual lol) but we are taking part and for that we are very proud.  The atmosphere on the day is amazing and will get us to the end :)

I’m so pleased it’s back to Shields as last year was brutal and not the same at all !!  It’s Justine’s first time to Shields, so she will have the full GNR experience this year and hopefully won’t have to listen to me whinging all the way around…haha x

We are raising money for Jade and Jamie’s school.  They certainly wouldn’t be where they are today without the wonderful support, daily therapies and the care they’ve received all these years.  The school is a charity and relies on donations, so this is our way of giving back a little to say a huge THANK YOU to all the amazing staff we’ve had the pleasure of knowing over the years.  

We know times are difficult for everyone…thanks for giving whatever you can, we totally appreciate it!

Our vision is Inspire, Believe, Achieve and our amazing #TeamPercyHedley runners will do just that when they take on the world's most iconic half marathon in 2022, raising thousands to help us continue to enhance the lives of disabled children, young people, and adults across the North East. With your help, we can continue to transform lives in the future. The equipment needed to provide specialist services to the children and adults within our care can become expensive, but these resources can make it possible for those to experience things they wouldn't usually get the chance to. The fundraising raised through The Great North Run 2022 will allow us to continue offering invaluable educational and residential support to our members.
