Tracey at work for her 50th birthday wants to do something epic to mark the occasion, so I said I'd tag along, and bring plasters, beer and other vital stuff to keep us going. We both have maps but if we keep the wall on the same side we should be going in the right direction!!!

We will be walking the 80 Roman miles (73 miles) along the northwest frontier of the Roman Empire!!! The wall was built to keep the pesky Picts at bay, gain taxation and limit smuggling. Hopefully the locals will be friendlier to us......what side of the wall should we be walking???
