Upskilling Uganda is an exciting new venture between SERC and the charity Fields of Life, which aims to enrich the lives of young people living in Northern Uganda by building a new vocational training institute in this largely forgotten, under-developed region. By drawing on the wealth of experience from staff, students and businesses to provide professional advice throughout the design, build and training process, as well as raise money to construct the buildings, we can help tackle extreme poverty and give the people of Uganda hope for the future.
