Jon and I decided we wanted to mark what should of been our daughter Issy's 18th birthday in July this year, after tragically losing her in an accident in 2010 aged just 10 years old.

We signed up to walk the Macmillian cancer mighty hike on the South Downs. On 7th July we will be walking 26 miles from Brighton to Eastbourne.

'Unfortunately cancer has effected ALL of us at sometime, we all have known someone who is either going through treatment, beat this awful disease and some who were tragically not so lucky.

Once we had decided how we wanted to raise money to mark this sad occasion,we mentioned our idea to our amazing friends and family. Unbelievably they all signed up to walk the long 26 miles with us ❤️💕

There are now 18 of us walking 26 miles raising money for this amazing charity.

Team pictures will follow in the lead up to our walk. We all have now started training, even in the rain!!
