So Red January is done and I am dragging myself with glee 😜 through Couch to 5k. I saw an article about the 9 Parkruns in Cornwall and thought that might be a nice challenge?!  So I’m going to try and tick them all off over the next few months…by the end of 2022?! 😊

I think we are all a lot more conscious of lung health these days 🫁 and I’m very lucky that my asthma is mostly triggered by known things such as cats, dust, log fires and er….wine 🤨 but being unable to breathe during an attack is properly scary. Asthma UK are doing loads of good work into research and support so if you feel like donating the cost of a coffee (which incidentally I’ve found helps my wheezing hugely, after being anti-caffeine for years 👍🏽) then please do.
