Raising money in aid of Newport Mind by running the Newport Marathon or 10k, April 2023. Newport Mind is a local charity specialising in mental health services and support. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone.

Story

Well, I'm over half way through the year!

Next event is 30th June - 2nd July, and it's the biggest of 2023...coming with 3 medals!

Newport Marathon - Run 26.2 miles (complete) .. with Newport Half Marathon thrown in

Outlaw Half Ironman - Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 56 miles, Run 13.1 miles (complete)

Long Course Weekend - 2.4 mile swim, TBD bike, 26.2 mile run

I may chuck a few others in too, just for kicks...
