Fundraising for Age UK
Story
Thank you for taking a moment to read my page and the understanding the reason I am running for Age Uk.
Most people will feel lonely at some point in their lives. Sadly, 3.9 million older people say the TV is their main source of company and 1 million will spend Christmas alone. Donating to this page will help the national Age UK to continue providing vital services that offer companionship, advice and support for millions of older people facing later life alone.
This will be my reason and drive for getting out the door and getting the miles in this winter. Am massively looking forward to the whole experience and journey...Give me a beep if you see me pounding the streets.
Any donation, however small will be hugely appreciated, I thank you all again for taking the time to read this.
