We raise funds for research and support to help those living with mesothelioma

Story

My Dad was diagnosed with Mesothelioma in August 2012 and sadly lost his battle against the disease in January 2013.

Mesothelioma is a deadly cancer caused by breathing in asbestos dust. There’s no cure, and more than 90% of people are killed within three years of diagnosis. Over the next 30 years it is estimated that around 60,000 people will die from mesothelioma – unless new treatments are found.

The MKMRF: Mick Knighton Mesothelioma Research Fund, aims to raise awareness and fund crucial research into this disease.
