My hubby Shaun, was diagnosed on his birthday 2014 with terminal lung cancer and even though I can still remember that day, other people in the room were a blur to me, but since then Macmillan have been with us all the way. I would like to raise as much as possible to help give other people the special support that we had during my Shauny's battle with this disease. We couldn't have coped without our Nurse Sharon, an absolute star, kept us going through some horrible times, found information for us at a drop of a hat, visited Shaun when he was in hospital (which was a few times) and was always there at the end of a phone. Without the support of Macmillan, my Shaun would have just been another number that had been hit by this devastating disease. This is a lady whom has passion for her job through her patients. One special lady and all because of Macmillan. Someone was looking down on us the day we met Sharon. Sadly my Shauny passed away January 2017,  but the support didn't stop it carried on, so for this, please help me raise money so that others can have the same support as we did from these fantastic people.
