Everyone knows I have a tendency to do silly things and this is no exception... On the evening of Thursday 10th March I'm going to walk over hot coals in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. 

On the 11th March I'm going away on a dance weekender, just to add a little extra pressure! Obviously I wouldn't do such a silly thing if it weren't for a really good cause*, so please give generously...
