Hi There,

My Mother in Law Betty, has not been too well this year, she has been diagnosed with Dementia, so I am running for Alzheimer Scotland  It is really frightening how quickly she has deteriorated.  She has always put her family and others first and dedicated most of her life to looking after them..  Although at the moment the fear of running a 10k fills me with both dread and excitement, I am looking forward to the challenge. ( I think).  So Betty this one is for you !!!  wish me luck.
