I'm skydiving for Age UK Lambeth! Last year at the start of the pandemic I became a volunteer for Age Uk's 'Phone a Friend' scheme. The scheme connects older and younger people, to make friendships within their community.  I was extremely lucky, I met my good friend Albert. It has taught me the value of local community and the importance of friendships, especially the unique kind! Before taking on this challenge I had been signing off my text messages with a parachute emoji, and had written a bucket list the day before, stating-'skydive'..... If ever there were a sign to dig deep, that is it. Help me, help Age UK Lambeth raise awareness and funds for their continual work.
