On the 23rd September 2018 I was run over whilst on duty suffering Life changing injuries whilst protecting runners in the Stafford 10K run. 

I have undergone 3 surgeries to my legs and months of Physiotherapy and as I come to the Anniversary I feel it's time to meet my demons head on and actually celebrate my journey by this year taking part in the Stafford 10K run 2019 and raising money whilst doing so.

With what has recently happened to my colleagues PC Griffiths who was recently run over in Moseley, Birmingham and PC Harper down in Reading I wish to raise money for COPS (Care of Police Survivors) to assist families who were in similar situation to mine last year.
