On Sunday 6th March, I took part in The Stroke Association's Zip line and zipped from an 80ft high castle turret, down a 600ft zip wire all in the name of charity !!

I know I've done this the wrong way round, setting up my page AFTER I've done the event, but hey !!! I was so proud of myself for actually doing the Zip I thought I would ask for others to show their appreciation and sponsor me to raise money for the worthy charity I work for, The Stroke Association.
