Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
At 2am on the 3rd August this year, I took part in a relay team of 6 swimmers who successfully swam across the 22 mile ! After 14 hours, 25 minutes and 27 seconds, a few chunders and plenty of jellyfish, we made safely it to . Why, I hear you say…it was all to raise as much money as possible for Aspire. Aspire is a fantastic charity supporting those with spinal cord injuries to create opportunity, choice and independence. Please take a look at the following video for an idea of the great work that Aspire does http://www.aspire.org.uk/aboutus/AspireVideo.aspx We’ve been training hard to prepare for the cold conditions, seasickness, swimming in the dark, not to mention the jellyfish!! Every £1 we raise will make it all worthwhile! Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
