Right now, over 300,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. And the real number could be almost double that. I am taking part in Purple Friday to raise funds and support Crohn's & Colitis UK to help improve diagnosis and treatment, fund research into a cure, raise awareness and to give people hope, comfort and confidence to live freer, fuller lives.

Many of you know, Nathan has Crohn's Disease and it's nasty.  For the last two years, I've taken part in Walk It London to raise funds for research to help find a cure.  With Covid this year the event had to be cancelled so I'm doing this instead to try to help.

It's been a tough year, so I am asking all my friends to donate just £1 if you can spare it.
