Story
We lost Danielle on Monday 23rd March 2020 at the young age of 46 and life will never be the same. Due to the chaos in the world at present, we have been unable to have the funeral that she deserved. However, we have plans to celebrate her life with a memorial service in London once we are allowed too. Yes, there will be a party and yes, there will be Prosecco!
Danielle was clever, vivacious, caring, patient (sometimes!), understanding, funny, generous, mischievous, talented, inspirational...the list goes on. If the 200+ comments on Facebook, after her death was announced, are anything to go by she was highly thought of, revered, loved and admired by many. These messages have been of great comfort to the family. One in particular described Danielle as always having “her arms and heart open wide” which is a perfect description of her. It was an absolute privilege to have Danielle in your life.
Danielle’s wish was that, in lieu of flowers, she would much prefer donations to the Alzheimer’s Society. This was something that was close to her heart as she lost her Grandfather to the ruthless disease and more recently one of her best friends was diagnosed. Danielle, being the dedicated and loving friend she was, had been closely supporting the family.
Danielle leaves a huge legacy as a daughter, sister, auntie, friend, life-guide and fundraiser within the charity sector. She would be pleased to know that even in her passing she had helped someone else by raising money for such a good cause.
Please keep Danielle in your thoughts and prayers. Your memories of her will forever keep her in your heart.
Thank you
