On the 13th of January 2018, my beautiful son Edward was born. Sadly he was born very poorly and later died on the 17th January. We treasure the memories we have of him (to read more about Edward please see our previous page: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/edward-akroyd).

Life has been very hard since Edward passed away. The support of the charity ‘Forget Me Not’ has been invaluable both for me and my husband, Matt but also for other families in our situation. 

Stephanie Maddison and I decided we would like to run the Tatton Park 10k  in Edward’s memory to try and raise money for forget me not so that they can continue the amazing work they do for so many families.
