I'm fundraising for BASICS Essex emergency medical charity. They help save lives in communities across Essex and can be at your side in minutes, day or night. They receive no government funding and rely solely upon your donations. 

This charity tried to save the life of Alan White my dad’s best mate , a wonderful dad to one of my closest friends Hayley and her beautiful sister Lauren and an amazing husband to the gorgeous Sue, unfortunately Alan did not make it. 

This amazing volunteers are separate from the NHS ambulance service, these incredible people were there to support Hayley, Lauren, Sue and all of the family when they needed it the most. This is just a little something I can do to give back and say thank you. 

Dad and I miss standing with Alan at the football watching the mighty blues (Stortford FC), so if you are able to please sponsor I would be truly grateful . This one is for you Al let’s hope clumsy Clara finishes in one piece!
