In memory of Tom Brittain. 

Late October 2022 my brilliant Dad suddenly passed away. This was devastating and with no warning. His family and friends were left totally broken and in absolute disbelief. 

We soon discovered once speaking with a coroner that Dad had undiagnosed heart disease. We were so shocked as he was a 63 year old active man, 3 years retired and had so many hopes and plans for his golden years. There were little to no warning signs or symptoms. 

I have chosen BHF as my charity due to the support they give families and the research and resources they invest into. 

The goal is to help heal my broken heart whilst raising money and awareness for a charity that can help people and families like mine. 

My Beautiful friend Chloe has decided to join me as support. We are far from natural runners so please help encourage us with donations for motivation. 

We will complete this challenge whether we run, walk or crawl.
