My grandma had Alzheimers and so this is important to me.

Soon over 1m in the UK will have some form of dementia.

Research into cures needs funding.

Funding for those in special need requires funding.

The Alzheimers Society is a good charity to whom it is worth contributing.

Although I am raising money for the Alzheimers Society I am not getting anything from the charity – I bought my marathon place with my own money – so any donation you make goes entirely to the benefit of the charity.

Giving to charity does make a difference and we cannot rely on the government to fund everything.

The choice is yours.
