Story
Citroën and Chef Tim Anderson, the winner of BBC MasterChef 2011, are joining culinary forces to create a unique pop-up restaurant in London as part of the launch for Citroën’s new flagship DS5 and in support of FareShare.
The restaurant, called Delicious by DS5, will serve a five course tasting menu created by Chef Anderson and inspired by the five senses. The meal costs patrons just £5 per head.
All the proceeds from the restaurant will be donated to FareShare – a charity dedicated to tackling food poverty in the UK. FareShare rescues in-date quality food and delivers it to 700 local charities and projects across the country, feeding 35,500 a day.
Thanks to Citroën’s generosity, FareShare can reach out to more people suffering food poverty in London and provide food which they cannot afford to buy.
Every £5 donation made will enable FareShare to deliver 20 meals to the people they support....
...and if you want, you can do more. For every additional £1 you add to the ticket price will help FareShare deliver another four meals. By donating £10 and using ‘gift aid’ (if you are a UK tax payer) FareShare will be able to deliver 50 meals to support people in need and reduce food waste.
Thank you.
