Story
Along with Matt and George, I shall be running Cheltenham Half Marathon whilst Eavie and Erin shall be partaking in the 10Km in memory of Mum, Andrea Shutt and to raise money for Sue Ryder and the Team at their Leckhampton Court Hospice.
The Team at Sue Ryder Hospice Leckhampton Court cared for Mum during her battle with Motor Neurone Disease. The care received was invaluable and ensured Mum had a good quality of life whilst battling MND.
The work they carry out with their residents and their families is beyond remarkable and I know that I, as well as our family, are eternally grateful to every member of staff.
Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – they’re there when it matters. Their doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.
