Members of the Leeds Children's Transplant Team are taking on the Countryfile Ramble challenge, to raise money for Children in Need. These amazing children, all of whom are transplant recipients who received their gifts of life at Leeds Children's Hospital, will be taking on individual rambles around the UK, to raise awareness of the importance of Organ Donation, raise the profile of Transplant Sport and to raise funds for Children in Need, who fund the vital role of the Transplant Sport Kids and Teens Coordinator. Transplant Sport brought all of these children together as transplant recipients, but it is their endless support and belief in one another which keeps them together as friends. #TeamLeeds
