Not taken part in event since Great North Run in 2008. Bit of a last minute decision. Hence hard training , but will do the best I can.

Have raised money for Cancer Research , Race for Life 5k and 10k. And Alzheimers Disease in Great North Run [half a marathon].

All have been for personal reasons and this year is no exception.

Family support is the best and when life deals you a poor hand from time time we have to stick together and be there for each other and that's one thing we can be very proud of , love and support  we excel at.

Put a little less fuel in your car and walk somewhere instead, and donate the money for a few litres to Prostate Cancer Charity.
