Cindy Perry was an incredible woman who tragically lost her life to COVID-19 earlier this year. To know Cindy was to love and respect her - she had an incredible wealth of knowledge and compassion formed over her 40+ years as a nurse and educator for Rochester General Hospital. 

According to Cindy's family, she was a natural caregiver and could always be counted on to help and care for her family and friends. Around the office, you could always count on Cindy to know the answer to your question - she was often the first one in each morning and the last to leave each night. Dedication, compassion, patience - Cindy's contributions to the success of our organization were immeasurable. 

On behalf of the Physician Advisor Program - including the Utilization Review and Utilization Management teams, we've created this page to raise money for the purchase of a memorial bench in the Healing Garden in Cindy's honor. Any excess funds will be donated in her honor to the Rochester Regional Health Foundation, providing support to the hospital where Cindy spent her career caring for those in need.
