Hi All,

We have decided to raise money for this hospice as they where amazing with a dear friend Keith Donald. They supported Keith and his amazing Wife Jaynee right to the end.

I am going to teach (and take part) in a 6hr intense spin class marathon in Hatfield, Herts on the 4th May. There are many people who are taking part, some joining in for 1, 2 or 4 classes. Others attempting all 6 with myself. Lets see if we can help raise as much as possible for Roxburghe so they can continue with the great work they are doing.
