I will be taking part in a 7K Mud run on the 13th May in memory of my friend 'Joseph Dean Melody' who passed away last september due to an accident on his Moped.  

In addition, this charity means a lot to me and my family as my 17 year old cousin 'Emily Brady' passed away in a car crash in 2008. 

I hope you can all help me to raise my target of £1000 for this amazing and worthy cause.
