I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my Dad, Neale, who died suddenly last September at the age of 60.

As a complete beginner, this is going to be a challenge. But given that my dad used to run, it feels like a fitting way to honour his memory and raise some much needed funds for a great charity.

I would be so grateful for your support - the BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people, including my dad, lose their lives.
