Along with colleagues from Kennedys I will be cycling 178 miles over 4 days from London to Paris between 8-11th September 2017 to raise money for AGE INTERNATIONAL to help elderly people in developing countries have a better life.

Starting in London on Friday 8th September we set off on the bikes to Brighton and from there on Saturday continue on to Newhaven where we take the ferry (or optional swim) to Dieppe. From Dieppe we cycle to Forges-Les-Eaux and from there on to Pontoise on Sunday being the last stop before the final leg in to Paris.
