As many of you know, my dad passed away what feels like a lifetime ago. In fact it's now been 14 years.

Not a day goes by when I don't think about him, so this year I want to mark his memory and do something just for him, on Father's Day. 10k is a real challenge for me, for many of you that know me, you'll know I cannot run. But with a little help from my friend, Emma Howard (who also cannot run, even for a bus), we're going to tackle the challenge together and hopefully raise some funds to help Macmillan continue their awesome work.

Macmillan are an amazing bunch of people who made my last few days with dad just a little bit easier. When the world around you is crumbling down, their support sees you through another day.

Please help us reach and beat our minimum fundraising target. We'd actually like to smash it, but that's all down to you guys. Thank you in advance for your support, and for helping cancer sufferers possibly live another day.
