Story
Welcome to Chulmleigh College's 'A Carol for All' written by our Music teacher Mr James Cookson, especially to share with our school community at this very different Christmas, and to raise funds for The Teenage Cancer Trust.

Over 100 musicians in Year 7 to 11 worked very hard to record both the music and the vocals in a number of separate year group sessions, and Mr Cookson has brought it all together in an impressive collective effort. It has been a difficult time for music teachers and performers, and so coming together in this way is hugely important.
The poignant lyrics really highlight the difficult year we have all faced, and serve a dual purpose of sharing a Christmas song with our whole school community whilst raising funds for such a good cause.
The measures we have had to put in place restrict our ability to give and receive presents and cards this year. This is against our instincts but it does not mean that we can't give. It actually gives us an opportunity to reflect about giving, receiving and Christmas, perhaps making us conclude that we have the very good fortune to be alongside each other, here and now. We appreciate what we have.
In light of this, rather than the usual 'Secret Santa' style gift giving, we suggest donations to this important charity. Please also send any Christmas wishes you might have on this page.
We thank you for your time, and wish everyone Merry Christmas, we hope you enjoy our Christmas Carol.
