Story
Ensley Grace has focal epilepsy and is a patient at the LeBonheur Neurology clinic. She was inpatient 6 days this year for seizure management and testing.
John Eli had a chronic ear infection for almost 7 months when he was 2-3 years old. He spent 6 days inpatient and had a mastoidectomy. He also had an antibiotic resistant infection that required hospitalization as well as home IV antibiotics. Due to infections, he lost his eardrum and had moderate hearing loss in his right ear. In July he will have a tympanoplasty where the doctor will create and place an eardrum using cartilage from his outer ear.
