Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So Eevee is the brilliant daughter of my great friends James Hopkins and Georgina Deal. She was diagnosed with Mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS) Type 1 last year and has already been through weekly enzyme replacement therapies and a bone marrow transplant. She is now partway through her chemotherapy at Birmingham Children's Hospital.

MPS Society helps families with support as they attempt to find assistance, which can be extremely difficult considering the rarity of these diseases. They also provide a network for affected families to connect with each other and get really good advice and help from people in similar situations.

I will be running the Swansea Half Marathon on Sunday 11th June 2023 and I'm looking to raise £200 for a really worthy cause and one that has really helped my good friends in a way that has helped them on their journey ahead.

Thanks for your time and any donation is incredibly appreciated!
