Hiya everyone, 

I’ve decided to do the Darwen half marathon on 25th March at 10.00am,this involves 13.1 miles and 21.1km which is a massive target for myself. 

I’ve decided to try and raise money for cancer research, as most of you know I lost mum to cancer 3 years ago which was a difficult time in my life and still is. My mum was so strong and battled for a few years with cancer so I want to show her I can do this and I’m going to do it for her! I know she would have said I’m stupid to take on such a challenge but it’s all for a good cause. And good challenge for myself! 

I’m not asking for mega bucks , I am greatful for you reading this page. But if you would like contribute to my page and for cancer research I will be very greatful
