My father Bill had a full and incredible life, loved and adored by family, friends and colleagues. 

He was diagnosed with lymphoma in May 2020. Unfortunately when it was diagnosed it was already at a very advanced stage. It was a tough diagnosis to receive but thanks to phenomenal health care, Bill was given the very best treatment available in spite of the challenges the health service faced at the very the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. He responded well to challenging chemotherapy and was able to attend and enjoy his youngest son Chris’ wedding. However, he sadly never made it into full remission and spent months of uncertainty and an array of complications. For example in June 2020 he contracted Covid-19, continuously testing positive for over 8 months. However he overcame it, remained undaunted, hopeful, determined and resolute to conquer lymphoma. His fighting spirit was exceptional, an inspiration to those that travelled along side him on his journey.
