Having taken part in three half marathons I decided to take the plunge and go for a full marathon before I am too old! I have entered the Milton Keynes Marathon on 29th April and started my training on January 2nd.  The training plan includes running a total of 800km-900km over a 16 week period in preparation for the marathon (as you can see by my picture, its tough work!).  The NDCS is a great charity so any donations you can make will be greatly appreciated.
