In November this year, a close friend of mine lost their Dad to Cancer.

This January 2014 I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK in the hope that a cure can be found and nobody else will have to go through the same thing she and her family have.

I’ll be ditching the drink for one month which, for anybody who knows me, will be quite an achievement. :-)
