I've worked in the Licence Trade since the age of 13 and know only to well the highs can also come with lows. I've had a beard for some time now and the thought of shaving it off is terrifying (my partner has never kissed me without a beard and my children have taken some persuading to back me! But on the plus side my Nan will be very please to see her grandsons face again)
I've chosen to raise money for The Licensed Trade Charity. They help pubs, bar and brewery people when they are in need of help. They support hundreds of people facing a crisis with practical, emotional and financial support each year. they can be contacted on
