Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am cycling from London to Paris to raise money for St Giles hospice. St Giles cared for my wife Helena's mother on a few occasions, most notably the last  weeks of her life. Glynis was too ill to be at home during this time.

St Giles provided the care and compassion to help Glynis and the family cope a little better in a devastating time.
