Every year a group of us participate in the smethwick challenge, bike riding from London to Birmingham along the grand union canal. 

This year will be extra special , but very sad as one of our great friends who has taken part every year without doubt, with his daughter Laura in his mind and heart who passed away in 2012 has himself sadly passed away on the 3rd of February this year. This one is for you GAV STANTON !
