2020 has not been the happiest of years and lots of people have lost love ones and friends’ we have seen so many people suffering in isolation and so many people become volunteers to offer help . The people of Warrington have always rallied together to show their support and this year they have gone above and beyond.

This year I will not be doing as many events as in the past due to still recovering from a fall at the back end of last year. The events I will be doing are the Heaton park half marathon on the 23^rd May, running to Blackpool from Warrington on my father’s Birthday on the 14^th August, Blackpool marathon 12^th September, Equinox 24hr run in
Leicestershire were I hope to complete the 100 miles from the 18^th to the 19^th of September and my last run will be the Chester marathon on the 3^rd of October. 

We are so lucky in this country to have the amazing NHS and all the work they have done makes me very proud. My own charity the MS Society have seen lots of fund raising events cancelled and members and their family’s struggle through.

The last 14 months not just for the MS society but for all charity’s has been the hardest time and without your help and support a lot of them will struggle to offer help. This year more than any I will be looking for people to offer their support again. If you can support the MS Society please do or call into any charity shop and make a donation as all the charities are struggling and would appreciate any help. 

The MS Society in Warrington still has a future in the town and I want it to stay in a position to support families like they did for mine. 

This year more than ever I will do all I can to raise funds awareness and dedicate every mile I do to the family’s every ware who have suffered a loss
